No more raccoon eyes from mascara.

Mar 19, 2008 - It took me a while to really get the hang of Cargo's Reverse Lip liner, but it's uses are vast. I love it for right beneath the eye to prevent shadow and mascara from collecting under the eye during the course of the day giving you raccoon eyes. Since the consistency is more of a crayon than traditional concealer, it holds up better than a liquid concealer. - 7 Comments
