With make-up I mean anything! Even nailpolish. I will never go outside (not even in my garden) without nailpolish. It's probably absurd but I don't want it.
And I won't leave the house without, mascara and foundation (& nailpolish)... I'd die without or immediatly return if I would notice.
But I almost never take make-up with me.

I can leave the house without makeup, but I feel uncomfortable. My grandmother always told me to never leave the house without your face on and your hair done and 90% of the time I wont, just because I feel better looking put together, I guess you would say.
10I am able to leave the house without make up! But the nails have got to look fabulous at all times.

12I've been polishing my nails since I was 13 and haven't stopped since. I can't leave the house without gloss at the minimum (unless I'm going to the gym). I'm pretty comfortable going "naked" if need be.

crystaleust, my grandma told me the same thing! I can leave without a full face on, but I HAVE to have my mascara, polish, and gloss or I feel naked.
16I always do foundation. And maybe either blush or eyeshadow. Usually I just do it all unless I'm in a rush or really don't care that much, like a trip to Wal-mart. hehe.
17I have made it to where I don't leave the house without make it, because as soon as I get out of bed I shower and do my hair and makeup in like an OCD routine. It's automatic and easy. And I get it over with.
18I either have to have full make up on or absolutely none. that in between look where it's wearing off and kinda smudgy just doesn't work for me.

22It used to bother me leaving the house without makeup, but then my skin cleared up and now it doesn't bother me. Although, if i knew I was gonna meet up with someone, then I wouldn't leave the house without a few scale powder and paint! So I am vain, really
23Foundation or concealer and mascara are a MUST! and the most basic I get when I leave the house...
On a normal day though I wear foundation, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, and powder
oh and of course my nails have to be done whether i paint them or have them done
